Payment stopped for security reasons


Hi Tide,

I have had several payments stopped for security reasons this morning which doesn’t really make sense.

I am a new client to tide and have only jus started using this platform to conduct my financial affairs I moved away from another provider called “Anna” to tide for a very reason tide seem more efficient.

I must of made the wrong choice in regards to this as the first time I received a payment into my account of 30K upwards you stopped transfers. not really a good start to our business venture really but the main thing that confuses me is the fact I can still withdraw from an atm I can say for items online and instore but not transfer money to staff members.

please get this resolved today so I can at least pay my staff for what they are owed.
