Had other direct bank transactions go through but I have an issue when I try to transfer funds from my UpWork account to my Tide.

It gets rejected, Sort and ACC number are correct, the business address is correct: Prepay Technologies Ltd.

Any help?

Thank you for letting us know about this! I’ve had a look and I can’t see anything from our side that would cause this. Could I ask you to write the team a message in the in-app chat with the details of the payment you’re making?

Specifically, the rejection message that you’re receiving might be able to help us advise. I’d also recommend that you contact UpWork as well, since the payment doesn’t appear to be rejected from our side, they might also be able to help!
