I’ve just recently opening a TIDE account for my mobile gin bar, I’ve transferred funds from my own personal account to make a payment for a service and the payment has been blocked, what the hell does this mean, I now have a large sum sat in an account I’ve never used that I cannot access! This is extremely stressful and left me worrying I’ll never be able to access my own money. Ow I’ve to wait 24 hours for instructions on how to make the payment. What a joke. Never in all my years of banking have I experienced anything like this!
