I urgently need help. My first payment has been blocked, which whilst I appreciate the security in preventing fraud, it is extremely frustrating. I need the payment to clear this morning and no one has been in touch and there is no way to get hold of someone to help me, as despite sending several messages on the messaging service, no one is replying. I wish I had checked about the number of people that seem to have this problem before trying to use this account as I think I would have gone elsewhere. I really need to access my funds.
