Hi, i have tried to make a payment last night and i received a message saying “payment blocked for security reasons” I was also informed that i’ll receive an in app message on how to complete the payment.
I have already sent a message to the support team via app but have not received a response yet. Would greatly appreciate if someone could get back to me with an update as soon as possible.

When their review on the payment is completed, they’ll reach out to let you know that you can proceed, or to request some additional details from you if needed.
