Payment blocked for security reasons



I am going through the staff invoices tonight and after paying half the staff, I was met with a Payment Blocked notice.

Please can someone reach out urgently, my staff rely on payment on time or early as they themselves have outgoings and things like this can blow my company’s reputation.

This payment just needed approval from our finance partner, and it was escalated for you by our compliance team.
