Can I make cheque deposits to my Tide account?

You can’t make cheque deposits to your Tide account at the moment.

In 2024, we’ll be looking into smart ways to accept them, and we’ll contact you when depositing cheques into your account is possible.

We know that HMRC commonly issues cheques, but they can be returned to them in place of a bank transfer instead. 

At this stage we don’t issue remaining balance cheques. If your account is closed with any funds remaining, we’ll return them to you by bank transfer only.
