Opening an account is only possible with an English mobile number.

i have a company in england and an office in germany. as I don’t have an English mobile number, I can’t open the bank account.
what can i do to open an account?
so far the support had no solution.

Thank you for reaching out about this, what the team have advised you is correct - the Tide app is only accessible if you have a UK phone number.

Our mission’s always been to support small and medium businesses in the UK.

I appreciate that this would be difficult given our current situation, but we don’t offer any workarounds in this regard.
