NOT Happy - No Access to Accounts

This is ridiculous now - I changed my phone and tried to access my accounts, did all the security checks twice and still waiting for this to be sorted for two days now, app frozen on last screen. As many previous posts I am running a business and need immediate access to both my accounts. Somebody get back to me NOW. This is not the way to run a bank.

Very concerned customers - this needs sorted now. Not Happy
