Not able to use my account at all

My account somehow being blocked! Anyone can help? I need to use it in daily basis! I can only send message to help. However, the response is rather slow! Any other way I can get contact please? Thought you Bank super user friendly at 1st, then when there is issue, it’s a nightmare to get contact! Can someone please get back to me ASAP! Thanks!
