No telephone support - TERRIBLE service

I have left numerous messages and trying to speak to someone via the app or email but not getting the service I require. I have been trying to solve something extremely important for the past two days and an in a much worse position that I started. I have a hard deadline to meet and I’m no nearer to a resolution. I need someone to call me immediately to resolve.
