So I’ve been trying to contact the support team through the Live-chat in the app about closing my account and haven’t had any response in over a week.
I’ve sent multiple requests/messages about this as it is something that needs to be processed ASAP

Hi Obi, I’ve still had no reply on the live chat about this. I first tried contacting support on the 6th of July…
