No response from Tide Support



Hi, i have been sent two payments to my Tide business account and both have not arrived, the first payment was sent on 21/10.
I have checked with the sender and the payments have definitely been processed to the correct account. I have messaged both support within the app and the email address with no response since last week. Can someone from Tide please get in contact with me today to resolve this matter?!
