No access to account

I was asked to put in my ID again on Friday night, which i did and it came up that additional checks needed to be done and you aim to do them within 2 hours. I still have no access or response on the app chat. I have deleted the app to try again and now i cannot get it to take a picture of my passport. I need access tonight to buy stock
