Hi there,

As a new user, I’ve uploaded my ID docs. However the app now just opens on a chat screen that says “failed to load messages”. I’m unable to do anything else.

How can i resolve this.

I keep getting this same error, it’s stupid and needs to be fixed however the work around I found is logging into the desktop version and they appear fine
