New phone does not recognise my login etc


Can someone help please?
Just changed phones, and your app says “unable to create account”

I dont want to create an accounti want to log in!

As a security measure, to regain access to your account on a new phone, you will just need to delete and re-install the app, then go through the Account Recovery process.

Once you’ve re-downloaded the app, click ‘Login’ on the landing page and make sure you use your ID and the exact same email address as initially used when setting up your account.
