New LTD company account alongside existing business account

Tried (Failed) to add a new account today, which reflects my business becoming a limited company, supplied all information, several messages to the “Help” chat/desk… Bugger all responses worth anything about the new account… Seems TIDE has gone out… never to return with anything useful about my account !
Existing account to be closed and new ltd company account to be used…but no… it doesn’t exist

The account is now running and has been for a while. Therefore the situation is working at the moment.
