New account stuck in message function

I have signed up to a new account. I have been approved and been sent the message telling me that my account is setup, and my details will be shown when I next log in to the app.

I have restarted the app numerous times, and the app is still just showing the messages, no account info etc.

Not a great start. Please could you look into this.

I’ve just had a chat with the On-boarding team and I think this should be all fixed for you now :slight_smile:
Could you please close and relaunch your app for me? If you’re still having trouble just go ahead and email hello@tide.co so we can look in to this further for you.
