Hi Iv set up a new account and I had to verify some more details which I sent over through the message how long till I can expect a reply please

I’ve had my account verified now, but what is my account number and sort code

2 months later

I’ve applied four days ago for new account and I have the ID verification screen in the app and won’t let me go any further? How long does this take?

If you log into your account, you should be able to see the details on the top of the screen.

You can always sent an in-app message also for more assistance.
