Need to Pay Vendors - I cant add recipients

Hi Guys,

I need answers, I can’t add anyone it keeps telling me to wait 24 hours because I’ve changed my number. I havent changed my number or any details. I’ve waited the 24 hours, still have the same outcome, I’m getting delayed responses from the chat. I’ve deleted the APP and reinstalled this, I’ve still got the same answers also tried this on the computer. I’ve got vendors to pay, I’m using tide for the usability aspect but clearly that is failing, I’ve requested a call back no one is responding, someone give me answers.
