Need help - you've lost a £8000+ Faster Payment

Hi - sorry to resort to using this but I’m getting nowhere with the in app chat. You’ve bounced a payment in but it hasn’t ended up where it started. The sending bank (NatWest) have checked and they say it can only be resolved at your end. Need some support please. Would really appreciate someone contacting me.
