Hi valentine, there is no sign in , it’s sign up or I have an account choice and both are for opening an account!
I need to get into my account.

Hi @tania

If you’re being prompted to submit a new application when selecting ‘I already have an account’, then you’re likely filling in an email that’s different from the one that’s associated with the account.

Could you let me know what the company or trading name is so I can look into this?
