Can I use the same phone number (accessed via a 2nd device) when setting up a 2nd Tide Business account?

You’ll just need to use an alternative email address when applying on the second device
But would the second business account be in the same company name as the first account? I’ll soon need two accounts for two separate companies, if possible to be managed through the same device.
Assuming it’s not possible, can I use two separate devices and the same phone number? Or would it be necessary to have also two different numbers?
