Missing payment - July 2019

Morning,

Just emailing because I was supposed to receive a large payment on Friday and I still have not received anything.

Could you let me know it’s there or if there is something wrong please? I need the money urgently and no one is responding on the app.

Hi nick, payment has arrived but you have blocked my account. I need to take some of this money out of my tide account…can someone please sort this out. No reason to block my account what so ever.
