Missing inbound payments




I am missing an inbound payment that was sent yesterday which I think should have appeared in my account by now. I noticed other customers mentioning the same issue in here. I have sent messages via the Chat feature on the mobile but I have not heard anything back as yet (first message sent 10:30 am)

Payment now received, still no response to any of my attempts to contact? Would be helpful if I knew what the issue was (if there was any?)

We can assure you that any potential or missing payments are our number one priority here at Tide.

Our faster payments are currently processed every 2 and a half hours, but we are working hard to make our payments instant!
