Hi Tide,
Just wanted to say as a founder member I love the Tide app and platform! Just a couple of things i would like to query:

  1. Is apple pay support coming soon? I know this was mentioned quite a few months ago on here but would like an update or timeframe for it going live?
  2. Invoicing - can you please introduce a feature that allows custom dates/days to be paid per invoice?
  3. Are you working on a Mac App or something similar?
  4. Are you working on push notifications for incoming payments?

To answer your questions:

  1. This is something we’ll look to introduce in the future but have not yet announced a timetable for doing so.
  2. We are working on our invoice feature and are looking to offer customisation options. You should see some of these updates next year.
  3. You can access Tide from your web browser . Find more info about how to access Tide on the web here.
  4. Push notifications is definitely something we want to offer but have not yet announced a timetable for doing so.

Some other missing features:

  • 3D Secure Payments (Mastercard Securecode)
  • Direct connection to Faster Payments
  • See the sort-code and account number of an incoming transfer
  • IBAN support
  • Real debit card
  • Multi-currency accounts
  • Saving accounts (goals, pots, vaults)
