Managing your devices


To view the phones that currently have access to your Tide account, visit the More section at the bottom of your screen. Under User and Company select Manage Phones.

Here you can view which phones currently have access to your Tide account.

To remove access from a chosen phone, tap the Bin icon next to the name of the phone. You will be asked to confirm the action, then enter your security code.

When you next visit the Tide app on the deleted phone or if you download the app on a new phone, you will be taken to the landing screen. To gain access, tap Login and follow the onscreen instructions to add a new phone.
