Making our community forum easier to use


Hello members!

As you all know, our Product Development team are busy building a number of the key features on our product roadmap like international payments, team cards.

We’ve also been looking at other small but important improvements we can make to our platform in the short-term, so thank you for your candid responses in user groups and surveys.

In light of that feedback, you’ll see that we’ve added a set of categories to the top of the forum homepage. We hope this will help make it easier to navigate, contribute and filter your conversations on the Tide community.

The 6 categories are as follows:

  • FAQs
  • Feedback
  • I Need Help
  • Tide Preview
  • Updates
  • Miscellaneous

As a result of this change, we’ve also moved the blog - our Newsroom - onto our site here where you can still access member profiles, feature updates and other stories from inside Tide.

Thanks again for all your contributions, both on and off this forum. We look forward to sharing many more updates with you over the coming weeks and months.
