Lost old phone and camera broken on temp


Hi, I lost my old phone and the new one is asking me to scan my passport but the camera is broken. Any ideas? Due to this I am also unable to scan for desktop use.



Hi @Dansta, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your phone camera. To regain access to your account you will need to go through the Account Recovery process and we must be able to capture your documentation accurately. This is an important security measure for us, as a digital based service.
If your camera is working, but the quality is poor, we recommend continuing to try the account recovery process. Where necessary, you will be prompted to speak to our Member Support team who can take you through manual account recovery.
If your camera is completely broken, you will need to access another device to reactivate your account. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.
