‘Lost money incoming’ how to complain?


I’ve reached out in the app, it took over 6 hours to get a response which was asking for more basic information. Usually when I’ve had questions about how things work i get it resolved within an hour or so. It seems that when it is involving a transaction tide are very poor at comms, to the point of negligence

So I’m reaching out, how do I actually complain to this company? Has anyone had issues with payments incoming from abroad?

I would strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this bank. The moment you need to rely on it, it fails.
