What has happened to the money that was paid to Tide - via Tide’s Barclays holding account - last Tuesday, but has been lost?!

Please rest assured it’s never possible for your money to be lost. Our members’ funds are held in a ring-fenced safeguarding account that is fully protected against risk and reinvestment.

I can see that an agent from the Member Support team have confirmed that this has been resolved.
