Long delay on payments


Is anyone else experiencing long delays in transfers recently? It’s pushing 3 and a half hours since a transfer was made into my account and nothing has appeared. Oddly enough they’ve been very prompt in taking account fees from me.

The support system is basically useless as I’ve been sat waiting over an hour for a reply. Any one else in the same boat or am I just unlucky?
