Login help

I’m really struggling with Tide at the moment. Since last week my phone has been saying for ‘security reasons the tide app is unable to run on this device’. I am on an iPhone XR and haven’t had any problems since setting the account up. I can’t log in to the desktop version as it’s asking for my phone to scan a QR.

The company name is The Ark Property Partnership Limited.

I’ve emailed tide twice and clicked through the lockout screen to contact us (I’m assuming an online chat) and haven’t received a reply.

I’ve emailed again this morning but really need this fixed. Any ideas?
