Logging on a different device


Just signed up and a member and tried to set up on my i pad as this was all done on my mobile fone. But alas I have to restart with all my ID, licence pic etc, when all I want is access on any mobile device.
Sadly for me if this is just a one device operating system, it will be of no use to me.


Hi @crawlinson, we allow members to access their accounts on other phones. Details for setting this up can be found here.

It’s worth noting that when setting up an account on another device, we require that you go through the account recovery process. This is for security purposes. However, once this has been completed, you would not need to go through the sign up process again for that device.
