Locked out!


I’m having problems with my phone due to a cracked screen and have been locked out for an hour. Can someone contact me to reset this so I can use the app? Thanks

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble,
As a security measure, if you enter your passcode incorrectly three times you will be locked out for 60 minutes, before being able to enter the security code once more, we not able to reset your attempts.

If there’s a particular crack in the screen that will prevent you from inputting the correct code once you’re able to try again, you can access your account on an alternate device by following these instructions here
