Hi i’m unable to access my account from my mobile, it keeps saying performing additional checks, aim to complete within two hours. It’s been over 3 days and what are these checks for? I never authorized them. after many messages i’ve still not heard anything. can someone kindly get back to me and or sort this mess out otherwise I shall take further action.

The checks that the team are performing are mandatory, but we do try to keep them from taking too long.

They’re in place to make sure that only our members can regain access to the app if they ever need to go through account recovery. I’ve let the team know to look into this for you.
