Issues with Xero sync and awful customer service

I’ve had a Tide account for 18 months and generally been pretty happy with it but last week it stopped syncing with Xero. I tried to disconnect but just get an error.

So far I’ve sent three messages to Tide through the app and no reply. Really awful customer service and if I get no response soon I will be considering other options.
