We’re getting reports of outbound Faster Payments and card transactions failing for our members this afternoon.

Our banking partner, PrePaySolutions, is experiencing a mass outage and they’re working to resolve the issue urgently. We’ll update you as soon as we know more, and when we’ve had confirmation that it’s resolved.

Until then, please carry and use an alternative card. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by this outage.

Any update on this? We are still having our card declined today and have no alternative. Thanks.

All the issues we were experiencing last night have now been resolved so you should be able to use your card. I will reach out to you in-app to discuss your issue as it must be something different. Will be in touch soon, please look out for it.
