I was accepted for a business account last week and raised a question to customer ‘support’.

4 days on and still no response, is this standard Tide customer support or is something fundamentally broken? Unfortunately if I hear nothing tomorrow I’ll take my business elsewhere and it’ll be a big 0/10 for recommendations.
