Hey my iphone is completely broken, can’t turn on or anything and I need access to my account to pay a bill tomorrow. Is there anything I can do?

I’m sorry to hear about this, I can only imagine how frustrating of a situation this has to be.

The app is only directly accessible on a smartphone, so the best thing to do would be to set up the app on a new device, even temporarily.

If you do need any help with regaining access to your account, please let me know!



I have the same problem. I have set up the app on the new device and I still do not have access because I am waiting for you to verify the account. It has been a few days now and nobody has responded to the message I sent via the Contact Us section on the app. I would like to give a call.
Please advise a phone number urgently. Thanks
