Hi,I sent money from my HSBC account at around 15.30 ,it has been more than 2 hours and I still cannot see the funds.This is the first time I’m sending money to my Tide Account and I have a salary to pay today.Can anyone help me please?

Wonder if anyone can share their experience re faster payments with Tide. Expecting a payment from my customer and been waiting for an hour and a half but no sign of it. Customer made the transfer via faster payment at 4pm and it’s 17:20. Had promised to pay a supplier today and not sure what to do. My concern is if it’s one of the “Tide service Limitations”…?
