Inbound payment declined by Tide



An inbound payment was sent last week. It wasnt until 4 days later ive been told by the sender that my bank rejected payment and sent it back. Im still so shocked you do not have a contact number!! Ive been waiting over 12 hours for a reply. If you had a contact number im sure this would have been resolved my now. PLEASE TIDE, I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH YOU BEFORE THIS. THE LAST FEW WEEKS HAS BEEN TORTURE TRYING TO CONTACT IN THE APP, PLEASE OPEN A CONTACT CENTRE. This is causing huge difficulties and massive amounts of stress.
