Now I find this really unbelievable and quite unusual. I have sent 2 emails to Tide Banking. One in the morning and one in the afternoon and there has been no response… not even an acknowledgement.
I travelled recently and my phone was stolen, I then try to activate the app on my other phone but kept giving security error messages.
The thing is I pay client regularly and not been able to pay for a week and I can’t contact tide except by email or app… no response to email and app is not working.
HELP HELP HELP HELP!!!
