I need my iban number and no response on the chat helpline?

I’ve been waiting for a response for over an hour and a half, I just need my IBAN number so my customer can pay me, this is rubbish customer service & so far I’m not very impressed with Tide.
I guess if I don’t get a response soon today I’ll have to close the account and take my custom elsewhere, such a waste of time.
