I can't transfer out, can't see payments made in 7 days ago and support doesn't respond

I failed to transfer out some funds and then received a support notification that routine investigations were taking place which is why (no real background) and have since had no follow-up to that, 5 days later. Separately there is no record of a significant payment into my account that my client confirms was made 7 days ago. The total lack of access to quick support and the fact that I’m putting this into a community forum doesn’t show the service in a great light.
