How do I log in to my account from a new device?

To recover your account on a new phone, or if you reinstall the app after deleting it, you’ll need to complete an account recovery process to verify your identity.

If you’re using a cloud service to restore your apps, please note that this won’t work for the Tide app. Instead, delete the app and download freshly from the App or Google Store. 

To start an account recovery, open the app and tap “I already have an account”. You will need to authenticate using your fingerprint or face recognition from the first time you enter the app.
