I can't log in on my new Phone

I can’t log in on my new phone, i tap the i already have an account button but i keeps going through setting up a new account, can anyone please help

Hi @RJSPhoto89,

This has been passed to me. It sounds as though you’re using the incorrect email address to log back in. If you use an email address not associated with an account it takes you through the sign up flow, rather than logging back in.

Can you email us at hello@tide.co, or message us in the app with the email address you’re using to log back in?
