I can’t access my funds. Frozen.
Getting stressed why is it doing this?
All my funds non accessible.
Please help??

Thank you for reaching out about this and apologies for any concerns this must’ve caused. As the message you saw in-app states, we do temporarily place pauses on member accounts in order for checks on payments to be performed.

It’s a fairly straightforward process and we’ve been working on speeding up the turnaround time for completion.
