My open bank feed into FreeAgent expired. I followed the following guide to re-consent: https://support.freeagent.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360004827699-How-to-re-consent-your-Open-Banking-bank-feed 1

This does not work. I get all the way to the page on Tide where I can select my account but when I do select my account and click “Grant Access”, nothing happens.

I have contacted your support twice now and they do not seem to be helping. At first, they sent me a broken URL.

This guide is about how to set up the bank feed for the first time. I have mentioned many times that I have already set up my feed. I just want to re-consent because it has expired.

Please help and I am not happy with the quality of your support.

I’ll make sure to pass this along to the technical teams, as this seems to be more something that they would be able to investigate and assist with, as it seems like re-establishing the feed is failing at the very final step from what you describe.
