It’s good to see the first stages of International Currency Accounts go live - but the glaring omission is $USD - the single most important international business currency, can you advise how long it will before $USD account can be added?

We’re testing our IBAN/ International payments feature (which does include SWIFT and SEPA) with some members at the moment.

International payments will be important to me, it’s one of the main reasons why I have just opened an account. Have charges yet been set?

We cannot yet make any promises but we’re hoping the keep the pricing of this feature very competitive - we’ll give more information about this when we’re ready to fully launch international payments.

If you’d like to test this functionality before its general release, you can request to join Tide Preview, our beta testing community here.

Our Members have successfully used their Tide accounts with third-party services such as PayPal.

@Valentine_at_Tide Thanks for your note. I also reached out through in-app chat but I find that team so incredibly slow. Normal response time from them appears to be 36 hours which is simply unreasonable. They’ve provided no response to my queries on this from yesterday which were made before reaching out to you - for example.
